EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

CHILD-GIRL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IN SUB  SAHARAN AFRICA

STUDIES SHOW THAT, AFRICA HAS  HIGHER PROPORTIONAL ON CHILD LABOR THAN ANY OTHER REGIONS WITH 41% OF CHILDREN IN THE LABOR FORCE.

HOWEVER, GENDER BIASES EXISTS DUE TO THE FACT THAT GIRLS WORK LONG HOURS THAN BOYS, UNFORTUNATELY, MUCH OF THEIR WORK IS NOT SEEN AS CHILD LABOR RATHER HOUSEWORK.

AROUND 13 MIL. DOMESTIC SERVANTS MOSTLY GIRLS IN AFRICAN CITIES ARE PAID EXTREMELY LOW WAGES, ARE MADE TO WORK EXTREMELY LONG HOURS AND SUBJECTED TO PHYSICAL AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT.

THE SITUATION ROBS CHILDREN'S RIGHTS PARTICULARLY PROTECTION AND EDUCATION. EVEN IF THEY GET ACCESS TO EDUCATION STILL THEY PERFORM POORLY DUE TO THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE SITUATION.
CALL: URGENT EFFORTS ARE REQUIRED TO RESCUE THEIR CHILDHOOD.
